Mepis
Just tried this "Mepis Live CD" on Friday.
Man, this is THE BEST linux that I've tried.
Granted I know hardly anything about Linux and how it works. But with this distro, everything works.
It plays all of my windows files right from the get go with no work on my part.

Firefox and RSS
I tried this today and it really is a pretty cool tip. Had no idea you could do this in firefox. Prompted me to update my Firefox browser 'cause it wasn;t working with the version I had installed.
