If any of y'all have had any problems with an Amazon order and have been unable to find a phone number to call and talk with a live person, check out this site.

There are also posts from other people and the problems that they've had. I personally have never had any trouble with Amazon, but would sure as hell be fired up if I did AND COULDN'T FIND A NUMBER TO TALK TO SOMEONE.

Makes me think I'll be much more hesitant to buy from them in the future. Whatcha' think?
