IE Personalizer
This program will let you change the default words in the titlebar from "Microsoft Internet Explorer" to anything you want.As you can see from the screenshot below mine says Richard's Internet Explorer.

I use the same pic for my toolbar that I use as my wallpaper.
I do this by using a Microsoft program for Internet Explorer 5 called "toolbar wallpaper".
It works in my Internet Explorer 6.
