Screenshot of Picasa's Hello program. First, click on send pictures. Then, choose your picture.Just type in your caption in the text area located in the lower right hand corner. Then click on publish and you're done. If you need to, you can always edit the text later if you like.You can also publish plain text to your blog, edit and more straight from the Picasa Hello's interface.
